well 16 but with your parents permission over 13, i got ine done when i was 14 without parent permission ... they didnt mind

There are no laws that say you have to be a certain age to be pierced in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. Although many piercers may ask for parental consent if you are under 16. In Scotland you have to have written parental consent to be pierced if you're under 16.

well..theres no age bar but 16 is ok ...if u want it earlier ask ur parents and go get it !!!!
