I've asked this before but didn't get many good answers.
I joined myspace to try and meet some cool new local people. I'm not getting many profile views though, not many at all. I've been registered for 2 months, and have a total of 104 profile views, and only 1 profile view in the last 2 weeks. I don't know why...my page doesn't offer much, it's just a page about me basically (that's why Myspace is for right? =) ) My page is very stylish as well, easy on the eyes, no annoying music or anything, but that stuff wouldn't matter anyways since no one is even looking at my profile, which is the problem. So how can i draw people into my Myspace page? I'm just a boring guy, not a hot chick or anything, so that's the first downside. Still thought i would of been getting more profile views. I've only got like 10 in the last month.
Looking for any tips you might have, thanks.

I don't want a massive amount of traffic, just a reasonable amount, as in, not 1 profile view every 2 weeks. I'd feel guilty trying to advertise my profile...i guess i'll just try and add more people. So many people on Myspace are dumb though :p - I would never be on there if i wasn't so desperately lonely *sniff*. I'd also rather not post my profile link here.

I have been with myspace for awhile now and I only have a little over 1000 profile views.
You need to market it like its a business pretty much if you want tons of traffic to your page. I even added some stuff that others can buy.

Put the link to it on all blogs and profiles, plus the more people you add the more views you get.

I'm not with my space..But my answer is.....You need to leave plenty of comments on other peoples spaces on a regular basis. This will result in these peopple visiting and leaving comments.

also...put ur web id on guest books and on places like chat rooms and even here...on answers.yahoo.com u can place dem together with ur question...
