generally cube (cubic meters, cubic inches etc. .. ),is a unit of measuring volume. litre is also a unit to measure volume. hence

cube litre has no a physical meaning.

the unit litre cube , is due to a products of three volumes,

l^3=l*l*l ( no meaning. just a mathematical unit. never use in practise)

but there is a relation between cubic meter and the litre.

generally:

1 cm^3=1 ml ( l= litre)

and 1000 ml=1 l

threfore

1m^3 = 1m*1m*1m
= 100 cm*100 cm*100 cm
= 10^6 cm^3 = 10^6 ml
= 1000 l
