How long can it take to get pregnant after being on the pill? Is it harder for some people to become pregnant?

my mother thought it would take a few months, thats what the doctor tells you so you do'n tpanic if it doenst happen right away. she came off the pill and was pregnant with me in the same month - it really does depend on all kinds of factors, dont panic if it doesnt happen right away coz it can take time for your hormones to readjust.

It really depends on your own body and how long you have been on the pill for.
If you have been on the pill for years and years then it takes longer for the pill to come out of your system sometimes over a year.
It took my friend 8 months to get pregnant after coming off the pill. But then another one of my friends only took a couple of months.
Best advise if you are trying is to relax and not get stressed waiting to fall pregnant (I know easier said than done).

My mom got pregnant with my youngest sibling the only time she ever took the pill. I was told that after you stop taking the pill, it can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months to be able to conceive, but there's always those people who get pregnant on the pill. It varies from person to person.

It took me about 3 weeks the last time.
My husband and I getting ready to start trying here in a couple more weeks (after I finish this pack of pills). I've been on the pill for 8 years straight though this time, so I'm curious how long it will take!

I got pregnant two weeks after going off the pill. Later I was told that you are sometimes more fertile immediately after going off the pill and sometimes release more than one egg. Some people even go on the pill only to go off the pill to improve chances of conceiving.

I got pregnant the first period after coming off the pill!!!
am now 6 weeks gone.

It happens quicker for some than for others. It took me 1 month for instance and my sister in law 4 years.

it depends on your own body, I got caught on the pill, they usually say 1-2 months
