This is a mid-priced 3 wheeler and it rocks!

We picked up a reliant Kitten from ebay, (although it has four wheels, it is still legal on a bike license and good for trikes.) Cost us £30. The body is fibre glass so no rust, the engine needed work, but no brakes, but it depends wether you want to drive it, or cut it up...

Why on earth do you want to combine all the disadvantages of a car (size and space) with all the disadvantages of a bike (rain and vulnerability). You gotta be nuts, man. Buy a decent bike.
