I'm getting my medical records later today. I have written proof that she has repeatedly lied, to me, to one of my other physicians, and in my actual medical record. I can't let this stand. Does anyone know who I see about this?

Call you state medical board- you can look it up also on your computer.

You'll get a form to list your grievance.
Seldom ever gets anywhere.
But follow thru if you do have a valid complaint.

If enough people did- sooner or later that file on that doctor will stand out.

See:
a) A solicitor to take legal action
b) The Medical Board if you know someone in there, otherwise you will be lost in the system
c) The Head of Medicine at the hospital
d) Your taxi driver. They know everything (yes, someone told me to put that on).

General Medical Council http://www.gmc-uk.org/ in the UK.
Or if you're in another country, that country's or state's licensing board. Easy to find with Google.

It should be called a "medical board" or something like that. Ask in your state what it's called.
