Ok, Here it goes..the fact that you realise that you have the feeling but you also want to concentrate on studies..is the start!
It means that you are honest about what you want to do. So go ahead keep time slots for studies and when studying...just start by thinking of neutral topics like Cricket or the news...or anything else ...and then clear your mind to study. As long as you concentrate when you are studying...you can do whatever the rest of the time. remember you are a 19 yr old boy..and all boys at this age have the same problem!!!

There is a saying that you don't need sex, if you don't think about it.
Cultivate some hobbies. Avoid being alone.
There are many interesting things in life other than sex. Try to find them.
Also, try to know the sufferings of AIDS patients and then you will know the consequences of crossing the limit in sex issues.
