If I remember correctly it is congress that sends us to war. All they had to do was say no. Should they not be held responsible as well? Im not a bush supporter. But I do think that some people give Bush more credit than he deserves. I don't think he is that intelligent to execute conspiracies. Congress also is responsible for how we spend our money and how much is collected in taxes. SHould they not share the blame for the national debt.? what do you think? if not why?

absolutely the congress cannot turn around and say that they are not responsible...they represent the masses....although mr bush has shugged the congress on many issues like eavesdropping they still are equally accountable.

Bush and Congress both deserve equal blame. However, that doesn't mean we should ease of President Bush. We just have do double our anger, and slap in on Congress.

I have a feeling Congress will suffer for their mistakes, though. I think many of them will lose their seats in November.

Congress decided to go to war based on the evidence provided by the President and his high-ranking members.

good question....I'm gonna watch this one to see what the Bush haters have to say if anything. But I don't think they will because to answer this you have to be able to think for yourself, a trait the seems to elude a good portion of them.
