I want to know more details of Hotel Succegado in panjim. I heard its in proper panjim near muncipal garden.

The best place to get info on hotels etc. is tripadvisor.com, people put there reviews there once they have visited a hotel or place.
I use it all the time, and have booked many a trip/hotel on the back of it - not been let down yet.

Are you sure about the Hotel spelling, I think you meant Cidade De Goa.
