If you were most fertile on the 27th and that is when you had intercourse you could have got prego; however, the symptoms you are having at this point are from something else. You would have these until at least 4-5 weeks if not longer or at all after conception. The pains could be due to ovulation--the surge in hormones during this time cause menustrual like cramps, headache and nausea. But you could still be pregnant, wait it out and take a PT after your missed period.

That was only 2 days ago and then twice before that - you wouldn't have all of these symptoms yet - does not explain your symptoms to me ~

It could be pelvic inflammatory disease or a problem with an ovary or something - I would schedule a pelvic exam ASAP.

The most accurate time to test is after your first missed period though there are cases when you may still get it and be pregnant - rare but it happens. You should also always use your first am urine as this has the most pregnancy hormone. Next time buy one of the kits with 2 or 3 testers in them so you have them on hand. The symptoms you are having sound like something else though -- I have never heard of pregnancy causing sharp shooting pains and back pains - escpecially that early on and if the fetus was ok - it just does not sound like pregnancy to me. I would schedule an appt with your gny and family doctor about the pains you are having and to be tested for this and all other possibilities.

Does not sound like typical symptoms - It could be gallstones or something else - especially if you are feeling pain in your back like you said and if the pain in your stomach is the front right of your abdomen.

See your doctor.. Nausea goes with pregnancy - but this does not sound like pregnancy and if you were, it sounds like there would be a problem. This sounds like gallstones or gallbladder disease- if it is really painful - if it is not it could still be gallstones but it may take time to get worse.

Feel better :o)

I'm guessing you wanted to get pregnate, having unprotected sex so much and so often.
Congratulations! You're preggers!
