www.processrebates.com is a work from home company processing rebates to clients.Is this site a scam or not?and if it is legit which one is the best company to join?

Anytime you have to pay out of your pocket to get or keep a job on the web then it is a scam.
question to you: when you go looking for a job out on the street do you have to pay a kickback to get the job????

If it sound too good, then it's a scam!! Where will you get the money to pay the rebates?? I'm just wondering!!
