How to tackle someone who always points out mistakes and keep on discouraging?

Don't listen to that someone. You know yourself better than anyone else.
If you make a mistake, its a normal thing. Everyone has their own mistakes in life. The important thing is that you learn from it.
And if that someone discourages you, make that as an inspiration to pursue whatever you want to pursue. Prove to him/her that you can do it.

Tell him to say more about the subject.

Simple-1,just rise above it and ignore them,they will soon get bored and go away and start on someone else.2,if it all gets too much-just tell them straight out that their input is not wanted,so eff off.

WHenever they point out your mistake, keep saying something smart alecky like "Wow, without geniouses like you, what would normal folk like us do?" or "thanks, einstein, I really needed that input".

Mind you, they will get upset, but its worth it to ensure that your right to be respected is enforced.

tell that idiot that practice talking with mirror. tell him that" failure is the pillar of success." if he doesn't listen then keep one thing in mind " think that u are the only person in the world who is normal and the others are absolutely mad " ........ so don't listen to mad people.
