Are you enthusiastic, cheerful, and bright looking, when you appear for the interview? It is not mere academic knowledge that people want, though theoretical knowledge is necessary. Your brimming enthusiasm [100 % josh!!] can offset lack of experience. They want a fellow who is positive-minded, full of 'Josh', who knows what to do (Or is is willing to learn, if he does not know the job!).
Then, are you having the qualities that the organization needs? It is a simple need for both:
You need a job, the company needs a suitable employee. The two have to match!
They are NOT doing you a favour. Remember, have that inner attitude--but don't say it!
Good luck! You can be successful! Do let me know when it happens, Okay?

The companies not only require qualifications and performance in writen tests but they also watch the gestures and postures of the candidates. Next time when you go to interview please check yourself that your body language is correct or not. Good Luck next time.

The most important thing is being concise, attentive and having good communication skills. Have confidence in yourself. If you do not have confidence in yourself, then of course they will never be able to have confidence in you. All the best for your next one :)
