i have outlook express in my office but, i cant receive mail in both system. only one system is receiving and sending another one only sending.
How to configure both system sending and receiving.

you would need to speak the IT technical team, for them to check the email exchange server.
since it could be a server problem. since its very hard to give info on how to fix problem

Hi Muthu,

It's quite tricky one and I believe it should be done manually.

1. Configure your mail settings in two different system.
2. Open Outlook Express.
3. Go to Tools -> Accounts -> Properties
4. Click "Advanced" Tab.
5. Select the checkbox "Leave a copy of messages on server"
6. Don't select the other two that follows. Leave it unchecked.
7. Steps 2 to 6 should be done on both the systems.
8. While sendind all mails, make sure that you add your own email address in the bcc field.
9. Now copy of all the mails that you sent and received can be downloaded in both the systems.

go to ur Outlook Express........ur mail Settings......There will B somethin named as....pop3 and SMTP.....Just Copy the Settings....of the Wrkin Machine.....to ur Machine.
