I was wondering if you lose weight do your feet lose weight to? I bought this really great pair of heeled open toed sandal things and they are long enough but my feet seem to be squishing out of them. Maybe my feet are wide and I need wide width I don't know. I am just wondering because I should probaly sell the shoes on ebay if there is no hope of my ever having skinner feet. :-)

yes they do. every part of your body loses weight, your toes, feet, ankles, calves, knees, hamstrings, waist, stomach, chest, nipple, neck, bicep, tricep, hand, finger, head, etc. all lose weight.

there are fat cells located alll throughout your body. when you lose weight, the fat cells shrink.

on the wide foot issue, alot of that has to do with bone structure. some people are born with wide feet, while some people are born with narrow feet. if you lose a ton of weight, it will take out some mass in your feet, but dont expect too much.

good luck on your shoe size dillema

My brother lost a 170 lbs of weight and two shoe sizes. So yes, you're feet get skinnier along with the rest of you.

Probably not really. There is very little fat on the feet, just some muscle, but mostly bone. I don't think weight loss will affect your shoe size!! HTH : )

Yes they do! If you are over-weight, your feet get filled with fluid. When you lose weight, this fluid tends to go away, thus making your feet thinner.

It won't lead them to any narrower because of the fact your ft are bones that could't substitute with weight income or loss. notwithstanding, in the experience that your ft have severe quantities of fat on them, it may lead them to truly much less overweight. yet you basically reported something approximately dropping some pounds, so I doubt your ft are so fat that with the help of dropping the load you may, your ft might grow to be smaller.

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and makes you more accountable for each chew.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves rather than a wrap, skip the cut of cheese, and load standing on the veggies.

In the mood for some sort of hot meal? Make a huge pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store from the freezer. Before bed, place a container within the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door every day.
