Canada doesn't suck

I've spent time working in Canada and found the people very friendly and the cities cleaner than comparable American cities. The only thing I didn't like was the high tax on everything.
Also, I work for a Canadian company and started out with 3 weeks vacation along with 1 week off for Christmas. I've never seen an American company that offers that to new employees.

Well I am Canadian and I think we live in the best country in the world. I am assuming you are American. I have been to the US many times. I have met some very nice people, but I see the racism, violence, poverty, more prominent than it is here. I feel your government needs to take care of there own people rather than wage wars on countries that are barely visible on a map. It seems like you people thrive on messing up the world. Sure you are the super power, but you are also abusing that power. Those that are the biggest fall the hardest. If Americans do not clean up there act they will in fact fall, they are making many enemies. Your statement is typical of American arrogance and lack of respect for other countries.

I always found canada to be a great place. It may be true that taxes are hugher there but their citizens get cheap drugs and socialized medicine. I pay $815/ mth for my insurance, isn't that kind of "taxing"?
