How can I find out which websites link to my site?

I wanted to do a count of how many websites link to mine. How can I figure this number out?

Is there some kind of service to check?

The possible way to do it is to use Google search
http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en

Use the Page-Specific Search section which said
"Find pages that link to the page"

Or use shortcut
link:siteURL
from normal google search section

Little known feature of most well known service - Google gives you the option. type "link:www.yoururl.com" (yoururl is your website) in the google search and viola!!!

Remember, no space in the entire sequence.

you cant find this out, not unless u know the sites
i use a program called, web postion gold
from http://www.web-positiongold.com/
this say how good your metatags are and how well its linked out.
