First off you need to pick the right color, I alternate from deep green and gold and dark blue and silver .First I cover my entire lids with the lighter (shimmery shade), then use the darker matte shade to use as the outline like eyeliner use your fingers to slightly blend but not to much you want to have the definition between the 2 shades.End with a black or brown liquid eyeliner drag the liner out a little past the corner of your eye for the "cat" look i also use pencil eyeliner on my lower lids.At your brow bone use a lemon white for accent ,very small amount Finish with dramatic mascara I recommend flirt mascara and eyeshadow the colors are high pigment comparable to MAC at half the price (available at Kohls).
Hope that helps!!!

i do it all the time, us liquid eyeliner, i like revlons all day wear liquid eyeliner, in black brown because i'm blonde, but if your a brunette get black, put on your preferred eyeshadow first, then you can start from the corner of your eye (closest to your nose) start with thin line and make it thicker as you go along and at the at it should be its thickest, ( the thicker you make it the more dramatic it will look) at the and just make an upwards point at the end, its going to take a little while to perfect it, i always get complimented on my eyes, i do it every day!

The cat eye look is created with liquid eyeliner. Start with the liquid in the corner of your eye then extend to your outer corner of eye. This is how it's created.

Use your black eye liner and draw a line upward after you line your upper lid. Of course, you should use a great green or blue shadow on your lids. Also line your lower lid in black.
