Dude... what you need to get throught any interview is confidence. That i feel is the most important factors... And as you are a fresher, u should have the knowledge on the subjects that you have graduated / specialized in. Apart from this you should have a clear sense of direction... what i mean is you should know what you want to do... like for e.g i'm doing my CA, and am working in finance and accounting profession. Then again all of this is something that i have come to know from my experiences.... they may not be true to you but the Confidence thing has to be there.

if u r bad in english, it will be quiet difficult to get through the interview. dont worry, i'm not discouraging u. go through english papers, join a spoken english class, or anything that will improve ur language. after u have a good command over english, u may get through an interview, provided u've a good knowledge over the subject(what the interviewer wants) and a pleasing personality.

Listen attentively to the question asked. Feel free to clarify the question, if need to. Sensible answers! Do not oversell (speaking too highly of yourself!). When time to ask questions (as offered by interviewer), asks questions relating to role/responsibilities of work and to impress them of your interests/passion for the job. Good luck!
