Im not able download any thing,it is asking me to save or open it.when i say either of them system is restatrting by itself.I checked the system with norton anti spyware.It showed some infected files.I deleted all of them.Still my problem is not rectified.
even my compose window is not opening.
how to get firefox web browser?Do i have to consult any expert?I have to solve it on my own.Anybody give ur suggestions please..........

Provided all viruses were eliminated, you should do a check disk and defragmentation. Go to:
Accessories, then system tools and either check disk or do a system restore subsequently.
Having done a system restore, run the anti-virus once more to make sure.
Also useful to purchase a thumbdrive to make bankup of your critical files. Scan the thumb drive for virus infection from a clean system with updated anti-virus profiles.
