I filled my tank for $2.09/gal this morning in Arlington, Tx. I'd like to see it get well under $2 but doubt it will stay there.

I've heard rumors it may go below $2 per gallon. it is already there in some places.
Of course if we invade Iran or Iraq blows up again it could go over $5 a gallon, so I'd hold off on buying a 9 MPG SUV for a while yet.

i predict, under inextensive research, the price for regular unleaded gas to never fall below $1.65 in any U.S. contiguous state so long as fossil fuels shall live
i have spoken, and so it shall be

gas here in Houston, Tx is down to $1.95/gal.
I don't expect it to go much lower, maybe down to $1.80 or $1.75, but thats it.
