I filled my tank for $2.09/gal this morning in Arlington, Tx. I'd like to see it get well under $2 but doubt it will stay there.

I've heard rumors it may go below $2 per gallon. it is already there in some places.

Of course if we invade Iran or Iraq blows up again it could go over $5 a gallon, so I'd hold off on buying a 9 MPG SUV for a while yet.

i dont know how soon do you want the world to end because the way that i see it the lower the gas price goes the closer we are to the end of the world

not very low, usually it goes down in the short run and goes right up in the long run.

gas here in Houston, Tx is down to $1.95/gal.
I don't expect it to go much lower, maybe down to $1.80 or $1.75, but thats it.
