We have planned to start a stock data service for Realtime users of NASDQ, NYSE like esignal. reuter etc.?

Of course it will be in much cheaper rates. we have already implemented it for south-east asian markets. but i couldn't locate from where i could officially negotiate for the raw data stream directly from those exchanges. please help in finding the approriate person concerned.

For NYSE send email to [e-mail] for Data Feed requests.

For NASDQ email [e-mail]

or http://www.infodyne.com/
there is tones of companies out there that offer this service,
