India have it's own method of treatment called Ayurveda.. Indian's have adopted foreign methods of Medical treatments too.. India have more than 10 types of medical practices.. Wat type R U talking abvt? If U R talking abvt Modern Medicine, wat U said is some wat right.. But There's no need to monitor 4 minor cases.. But when it comes to serious issues, it's dealed in IP Departments.. There they can hav quick review.. But Adv.Reaction Monitoring Dpmt is not there..

It is not clear from your question that exactly what you want to point out. Do you mean ill treatment ? or improper methods adopted for monitoring the adverse reactions ? Anyway answer for both question is not affirmative.For details you may contact the Food and Drugs Dept. of any State.
