Would drinking the diluted vinegar before meal will have any side effect??For better result,should it be drink right after you wake up in the morning??If after meal,when is the most appropriate time to consume??

Eeewww. Why would you want to? No, you should not. Side effect? It would taste gross. Better results? Resulting in what? Most appropriate time to consume? Never!

I used to drink it early in the morning before breakfast and before bedtime. Never have any side effect because it is natural stuff. However not everyone can take vinegar due to the stronger smell, people prefer to add some raw/organic honey. The best one is organic cider.

Well I would have suggest you to drink it after meal cos in turn if you drink it earlier then you may end up having gastric problem. Trust me you don't want to end up having that problem, cos it hurts big time. If you could try not to drink it at all. Some people drink it just so they could loss some weight or for health purpose that is to lower thier cholestrol level. Just remember not to drink too much at a time, excessive intake will injure your stomach.

Hello: Nope,I don't remember that at all. It seems to me that McDonalds is charging ALOT MORE for their food,and giving the customers alot less,just look at the sizes of their drinks for goodness sake!

It's best to drink it before the meal . I've never had any side-effects . If you forget until after the meal , that's o.k. too . The best is the" raw unfiltered"
