Exstacy and Rohibnol are illegal and should not be used. Those are the guidelines. You should not use drugs to promote sex.

responsible? Sorry kid, teens having sex is not responsible. People doing drugs are not responsible. Stoned teens "exploring" sex is the OPPOSITE of responsible.
