I was wondering if this was a fake! They wanted my name address and tel#.

Yes,it's fake.This is what's refered to as a 419 or advance fe scam.They want your contact information so they can ask you to pay the taxes or some other nonsense upfront.They take the 10-12 thousand from you,and never give you anything.Check out 419 eaters.

Be careful! Of course it IS a fake. Once I got an email informing me that some of my relatives in Australia had died and I was to inherit lots of money. Funny:) Have NO relatives there!

if you had really won something they should already HAVE your name, address, phone. They got your email off the internet.
Don't call or talk to them. They are scam artists.

Yes its a fake. So far I have recieved a hundred emails like that. From Africa and Britain and other countries.

Did you buy a ticket?
If you did buy a ticket, did you give your email address?

I'm guessing the answer is NO

Therefore its a SCAM! Run away!

I have a feeling if you are asking this question they picked your email address for a reason. Not to be rude, but nothing is free...Did you enter it? Fill out somthing for it?

YES it is DON't give out any thing to any body with records and don't send any one money so that they can send it to you call the police and let them handle it or get the f.c.c and let them see it print it out for them it's a scam

It's a fake... but if you want to know if it is really real....ask your self "did i join the lotter" or try some research on AUSTRALIA INTERNATIONAL LOTTERYPROGRAMME
