If you're not going through menopause, chances are you are ovulating. You usually don't ovulate during your period, so you should still be ovulating. It's possibly you are too stressed, you exercise too much, or you have a lot of sex... Which can also stop period for a while. My period ranges from 8 hours to usually 2 days. Trust me you're not alone if you are having a very very very short period. I am 20. You should also make sure that you are not carrying an STD. A lot of STDs can cause your period to completely stop or act up on you. ... BUT... I have high ovulation two times a month instead of one. You can get pregnant 5 days before ovulation begins. If the man ejaculates in you up to 5 days before ovulation begins you can get pregnant from that sexual encounter. It's wonderful what the body can hold. The sperm will last 5 days in there... it's awesome. If you think too much about getting pregnant, you won't have a baby. It's a proven fact that stress causes no period or misscarriages.

I ovulated right after my period and got pregnant, like the day after I went off. Weird because "they" (books) aways say you ovulate like 14 days after your period, unless your period is not regular, but mine was. I say that to say....you never know. I didn't think I'd get pregnant at that time, but I did and I'm having a baby..

Good Luck Sweets.

Getting your periods doesn't mean that you're ovulating. I suggest you get a bbt thermometer to monitor your temps. It will tell you after you ovulate but at least you'll know for sure if your are ovulating and give you and idea of when you do ovulate.

Dont be desperate,no matter your age, you can have a baby, miracles do happen. have your doctor do your ovulation profile and tell you when you do ovulate, cos you may really be ovulating but not when you should,

Not having a period doesn't mean you haven't ovulated
