The Republican controlled Congress OKed a new law today that approved the use of some of Interrogation methods used under Bush that were found to be UnConstitutional by the Superim Court a few monthes ago. So this Law now provides exceptions to the Geneva Convention for harsh and humiliating interrogation and also claims they are in accordance with the Constitution. George Bush and the Republicans are trying to go around the Constitution, but they are actually undermining it. Please Pray that the Supreme Court will stop Bush before he actually is allowed to change our Founding Father's Constitution.

Where have you been the last month? The Supreme court is who told them to go write this insidious law. The United States of America is dead...long live the king.

Had the U. S. Senate achieved their job in 1999 the inventor of the information superhighway, international everyday Climatologist and outstanding cardboard cutout could have been President. Al Gore lost, recover from it or get used to it, the two way it supplies you some thing to do. The Republicans lost the homestead and Senate, how lots of them are at here crying? And BTW, what got here approximately to the 1st one hundred hours and getting the troops out of Iraq. you will desire to be VERY VERY careful throwing stones; as I see it your place is besides populated with homestead windows as any. i'm an autonomous voter not linked with any political social gathering. i don't carry anybody's water yet I do take exception to regulation breakers and Al Gore had to recount component of the Florida returns. it is a breech of Florida regulation and all the Courts upheld that regulation. You recount each and every little thing or not something in Florida, not purely the ballots with the X via your call.

Since you obviously don't have a clue what you are talking about here, let me ask you a few questions. Were you this upset when the Supreme Court went around the Constitution and instituted Roe vs Wade? Are you upset that FDR went around the Constitution and stacked the supreme court. Were you upset when the terrorists used "harsh and humiliating" techniques going around the Geneva convention while burning and hanging Americans with just a little bit of beheading tossed in for fun?

Quit using the founding fathers in your prayers. If you knew enough about the founding fathers and American history you would know that most of the Founding Fathers would have hung every single terrorist they caught without a trial, on the spot. Out of Uniform, no Geneva Convention protection.

Those measures are not torture. The enemy will not stop torturing our people and they do not wear uniforms. Our guys are not sawing off heads and purposely targeting children. Why do you people forget the dirty deeds the scum terrorists commit? since when does our constitution cover foreign enemy?
