Start by listening or watching english TV shows for kids and then more advanced shows. I would practice what you heard by speaking to someone. Join an english speaking class and get english speaking friends. Good Luck.

Listening as much as possible( English speaking film with suscription in English, talking to foreigns..)
Getting through fearsome by practising English everyday( u can solve this problem by looking at urself in the mirror and speak)
Learning new words(try to make this your habit).

practise practise practise. Watch a lot of english movies and interact with english speaking people. Don't forget that reading books will also help you improve your english speaking

My way. Forget about speaking and concentrate on listening. Listening requires vocabulary thus I read.
