What legacy has John Prescott left ot the country - apart from being a fat, useless adulterer, who does not pay his council tax, drives two jags, and has more houses than the Queen and is an immense hypocrite!!!!

No. Norman Lamont is a stable candidate for that call. He controlled to place and shop Britain in recession whilst lots of the international became doing particularly nicely. John important has to take some credit for persuading the electorate that the recession became a international phenomenon and not unique to the united kingdom (because it became). different applicants are Antony Eden and Tony Blair (over Iraq). David Owen became probable the main ineffectual baby-kisser ever: in the tip he had to sort his own social gathering because of the fact no-one else might "gang" (particular, that's what they reported as themselves) up with him. And Geoffrey Archer became purely a criminal. Every day that he continues in Her Majesty's Government is a disgrace to the country. He's abused his office and authority, and bungled everything he's attempted (useless regional assemblies, the 'pathfinder' scheme destroying good homes, failing to sort out the railways). It's no news that he's announcing he'll go in a year- everyone knew that. He and other members of this government simply have no shame.

I think he's just a bit of an idiot. No worse than many other politicians from either side of the politcal fence.
I did think a little more of him when he punched that bloke who threw the eggg though. The man had a mullet as well so he deserved a punch in the face for that alone.

Do I detect I slight hint of bias in your, ahem, question? :) Smacks more of a statement, really. But, yes, I cant think of one thing the man has done politically that has been of benefit to the country. However, he, in his numerous aberrations, did distract the electorate from far more damaging political news and blunders by the Labour party. He was/is the perfect fall guy for Tony Blair.

Big fat useless waste of space whose indiscretions have highlighted the fact that most MP's are only there for one thing..... to get out of it what they can. Should all be made to live on a London council estate and paid the minimum wage with the exception of Tony Blair who should be made to live off benefits
