Best to pack it and put it in check-in. I don't have the list in front of me, but they just recently changed the restrictions. They are now allowing some of those items, however in VERY small amounts are allowed on the plane. Because these items aren't crucial I really to avoid hassle would just check them. Worst case if luggage happens to get lost it is easy to replace shampoo and lotion.

I think you are fine if it's in your checked luggage, however, if you want to take it in your hand luggage I think you can only do so if you purchase it after you have gone through security.

I'm not 100% sure on this as it's only what I heard a few days ago on the radio.

Can by cargo not hand carry.I don't think so that you need them inside the plane,right?

yes...you can still bring such thing on board...however..it should be place in your check-in lagguage....

no, my friend works for tsa and diffently no... you can try though doesnt hurt to try.... maybe you'll be lucky.
