It sure can!
I have been taking Wellburtin for many years. A few years ago my body had grown too used to the drug and its effectiveness was decreased. This year I went back on it and within two weeks my desire for sex returned. My sex drive was pretty weak for a while, but Wellburtin made it popup again. However, that has peaked and my sex drive is back to normal. It is not depressed as it was without the Wellburtin, but the Wellburtin isn't making me climb the walls with sexual desire.
In my experience antidepressants have subtle and minor effects. Most of them take a while to operate, if they ever do. I have a lack of energy problem so Wellburtin is a good medication for me. In your case I think that your girlfriend has more to do with your increased sex drive than the medication. The test is simple; just masturbate. If you feel the same sex drive when you masturbate as when you are with your girlfriend then you can put it down to the drug.
If you are having a lack of desire then the Wellburtin can improve your mental state so that desire comes back, but by itself it won't make you horny. If you continue to have a lack of desire after being on Wellburtin for a month then consult with your doctor.
I suffer from chronic pain, insomnia, and chronic clinical depression, and have been for years (check my profile for more information). I have tried several antidepressant medications, some work, some don't, some just knock me out, and some taper off over time. It is a question of finding the right medication for you. If Wellburtin isn't working for you then tell your doctor. No one knows as much about your medical condition as you do. I have asked doctors to start and stop medication, to increase or decrease the dose and even for new prescriptions. In most of those cases the doctor agreed. When they didn't they had some sound medical reasons to not comply with my request. You need to do the same.

Wellbutrin is popular for NOT causing sexual side effects. It must be some other factor. Who's taking the Wellbutrin ? If it's her, then maybe she needs to see her doctor again for a different med. If you are not on the med, maybe you should be, then you both would feel the same way. Not depressed, but maybe not sexual either. Go see the doctor. Good luck.

Decreased sex drive is a side effect of most antidepressants. Talk with your doctor about this and see about going either with a different med or going a different route than medication if that is possible for your specific case.

I've been able to reach a half-a ss orgasm after taking it for 6 weeks. I don't like the sexual side effects (flacid penis) of it.
