yea try vaseline, for better results, wear a pair of socks or wrap them wif anythin else after applyin them on ur feet, leave them overnight, n u will see a difference =)

Not much. Your nails obtain their nourishment from what you eat. If you're eating properly, yet your nails are still chipping and dry ... you should go and see your doctor. You could have a thyroid problem. Your thyroid is an important part of your body, that regulates numerous functions... from heart rate to hair/nails and weight control/appetite. If your thyroid checks out fine ... some say gel capsules help in treating dry/cracked nails.

Drink lots of water, use lotion, and try to file them at least once a week, you can also buy sally hansen nail strengthing polish almost any were that sells it. That should help a lot. But make sure you drink a lot of water!

Try using cuticle oil.It is perfect for dry finger
nails and toenails.You can buy some at a
Wallgreens or a Sally Beauty Supply store if
you have one.

You can get this uh, peach cuticle softener from Sally's. It works great on cuticles and actually helps with cracking/flaky nails.

Lotion is important twice daily but drinking lots of water should be in your daily diet as well.Your body sounds a bit dehydrated .

I believe it would. However, you have to use it religiously (at least on a once daily basis) and stay off nail polish and varnish as much as possible.

if you put vaseline on your cuticles before you go to bed at night they wont be dry. Ive done it forever it really works. Good Luck
