Fake cheese don't melt! Never heard of Easy cheese but it sounds like a diet food. The manufacturers of most diet cheese will tell you on the label if it melts well. For the most part these 'unfoods' contain so many stabilers, fillers, salt, coagulants, etc. that the mixed chemicals add up to inabuility to melt. Yuk!
