The released documents affirm that counterparts from official governmental agencies in Mexico and Canada are combined with the U.S. administrative branch to form new trilateral "working groups" that actively rewrite U.S. administrative law to "harmonize" or "integrate" with administrative law in Mexico and Canada.

The above is completely real. It's a blatant attempt by the overclass to make an endrun around the constitutions of the US and Canada. The official name for this is the:
"Security and Prosperity Partnership Of North America",
or SPP for short (official website below)

The SPP however is only the intermediate stage. If the project is allowed to reach completion it will be called the "North American Union", or NAU for short.
