There is too much "hype" on hair! I had my hair long enough for a pony tail when I went into the Army. Of coarse, the first thing they do when you get to boot camp is shave your head. To make a long story short, don't worry about your hair. As long as you have your health, family and TRUE FRIENDS around you, the rest doesn't matter!!! ( I have kept my hair cut stubble short or at least like a # 1 or #2 on the electric clipper "guides" ever since)
People should accept you for who you are, NOT what you look like! Don't let what others "think" influence you. Be an individual! Look at those people who have a mohawk that's twelve different colors. Do they "care" about people "looking" at them??? Most of them don't.

19 is extremely early to be balding. Have you checked with your doctor to see what the reason could be? There are several reasons. Do some research online. Then take the appropriate steps to correct the hair loss or at least to deal with it.

could you be under a lot of stress lately? that is a big cause for early hair loss.
i would shave your head in the mean time, if it bothers you that much...a lot of women think young men with shaved heads are sexy, so it might actually be an advantage for you. ;-)

I was about that age when I started to lose my hair. I started shaving it and have ever since. I have to tell you, many girls my age and younger can't keep their hands off of my head!
