Once a week, take a hot shower, after that exfoliate it with a sponge and maybe an exfoliating cream, or you might use either an oatmeal soap (with real oatmeal flakes) or moisturiser cream with sugar; that would help you to exfoliate. Then take it off with warm water and then apply moisturiser like Jaffra's almond oil with royal honey, or even those Nivea's or Johnson's lotions. Finally use those moisturiser lotions everyday after every bath or at least once a day after shower.

Dry skin always so irritating...I hate it so much...I suggest you try using Zenmend Derma Lotion from Zenmed or Autopalm from Skinstore.com.

Sounds weird but go to a health store like GNC and get liquid vitamin E pills and use them as you would lotion it is a miracle cure for dry skin and no bar soap use baby wash

when you take shower,use body scrub,after the shower,when body is damp use body cream or lotion,and also after lotion use on top of that body oil,the skin will feel like baby skin, in your case maybe will feel like a baby after a week.

Use a moisturising body wash, not bar soap, afterward, use an intensive care lotion like lubriderm or moisturel afterward.
