If you have red hair and/or green eyes then definately the green dress. If you have dark hair then wear the red dress. If you don't have any of this, then i would say dark blue.

Red Dress because green dress will make you look like a plant! I remembered a girl at a Jr. Prom wearing a green dress, she looked like a giant celery!

go with the red dress if u have red hair. green is good with dark hair in my opinion. dont change ur hair, though. go with what makes u feel good as far as hair goes :D
