My African American yoga teacher is this beautiful black man. But I noticed that the bottom of his feet and palm of his hands are very white. Why is there no pigment there?

Actually you are right the palms and the bottom of the feet are not pigmented including yours just that black peoples tend to stand out due to pigment contrst between the pigmented skin and unpigmented areas. Yours does not contrast that much because your skin tone is very light and therefore the difference unnoticeble

You must be in touch of things that grow fang-us on your palms and feet, and you are allergic to these. Things like glass wool, straw etc has this type of capabilities to penetrate on skin and cells - etching is the effect by brain due to appearance of antibody in ur body. Avisek

i'm caucasian and the bottom of my feet and palms of my hands are pinker than the rest of my body. i think maybe because its a different type of skin of those parts. its thicker and more sensitive. the cells that mke up that skin are different than the rest therefore could be the reason for the color difference.

from what i think i learned in school--african americans are dark-skinned because of living in the climate they lived in. it may sound funny, but basically being out in the sun way too much and generation after generation over hundreds or even thousands of years. the reason their hands and feet are white is because you cannot tan in these areas. caucassians nor any other can tan in these places either-it's not just african americans

I think if he prays, Jesus will change his pigment to black. Jesus bless all souls that pray to him. It makes him happy to know he is worshipped
