I'm doing the best I can. I eat chicken, fruits, veggies, beans, dairy, nuts, and whole grain stuff. I try and stay away from stuff with sat. fats, carbs, sugar, and carbs. Once in a while I indulge, but no more then 2 meals a week. I workout 5-6 days a week and run every 2 days. I've been doing this for like 2-3 months and I still don't see any abs.

I'm 151, but I was 142. I thought I gained it in muscle, but I look the same. What am I doing wrong, or should I just give it more time?

You may be eating right, but are you exercising? Those abs won't tone up unless you do exercises, like crunches.

You have to cut out 200-500 calories, lift free weights 4 days a week, focus on two body parts a day like biceps and chest on mon, back and abs tues, wednesday off, shoulders and triceps on thurs, legs on fri.Run 20 mins at least SIX days a week, increase time gradually as running gets easier.I would recommend that you have a high protein low carb diet because that works good for alot of people, but have carbs one day a week.Thats what worked for me except i don't eat meat or dairy i just tried to have a balanced diet(40% protein,30% carbs,30% fat of calorie intake).Don't do sit ups do ab machine that actually requires your abs to get stronger,I always see people do 1000 sit ups when they don't need to,don't forget cardio thats very important.

if you are staying away from sugar, then you need to stop eating those fruits.....they are loaded with natural sugars! only indulge once a month, NOT 2 meals a week. Are you doing situps?? if not you need to start, you want abs? focus on that area alot! also some nuts are loaded with high fat content, best bet, eat only pistashios. and stay away from peanut butter too!
