The original Visine. It does reduce redness but only after you've popped the pimple. There are broken blood vessles in there, just like in your eye, and it helps them both look less red. It won't help it go away and it won't do anything if there's no blood vessles open. If you pop a zit and it's stopped bleeding but it's all red, just put a drop on your finger and then put it on the zit and fan it a little and it'll look less red.

This may sound crazy but i heard that applying a crushed up tylenol pill mixed in water can reduce the redness and clear the pimple.

i tried that eyedrop thing, it never worked. i never had terrible skin, but i'd get woppers of zits (you know those really big ones that sit under the skin for a while and hurt). nutrogena always worked good for me. you want to reduce the oil in your skin not strip it away completely. i just saw a moisureizer at the drug store that supposedly calmed redness...i didnt have the money to buy it and i can't remember the name right now...hmm i'm probably not much help at all am i? :)
