Yeah have the party. I say have a scavenger hunt through your house that way everyone can get a tour of your new place without you having to take them around. Also do all the old standbys like apple bobbing and pin the tail on the donkey, but modernize them a bit. Bob for small bottles of liquor and dress someone up as a donkey and pin the tail in him/her.

Yes! I love Halloween parties.
Make eye balls for dessert:
Get plain donut holes.
Dip them in melted white chocolate.
Draw little red veins on them with a little paintbrush and use red food dye.
Put a gummy circle on it and a M&M in the middle of the gummy circle.
Eyeballs!

Or a Halloween Dirt Cup.
Get a glass/cup and fill it with butterscotch pudding (orange) and then crushed oreos (or chocolate cake) and then whipped cream and do that over and over until the top of the cup and then put gummy worms on top. Or do it in a large triffle bowl and make a big one. Make sure the oreo/cake is on top so it looks like dirt.

Easy.

sure. why not? it's a great way to socialize with friends and you can have fun dressing up your house. depending on the age group, i would probably just hang out, have some great themed food, play spooky movies, and that's it.
if you guys are into music, get a live band to play. i had a halloween party in high school, 2 of my bands came and played outside on the deck. best halloween party i had. :-D

particular! i admire Halloween activities. Make eye balls for dessert: Get undeniable donut holes. Dip them in melted white chocolate. Draw little purple veins on them with somewhat paintbrush and use purple food dye. located a gummy circle on it and a M&M indoors the path of the gummy circle. Eyeballs! Or a Halloween airborne airborne dirt and dust and airborne dirt and dust Cup. Get a tumbler/cup and fill it with butterscotch pudding (orange) and then overwhelmed oreos (or chocolate cake) and then whipped cream and attempt this again and again till ultimately the coolest of the cup and then located gummy worms on stable. Or do it in a super triffle bowl and make an stunning one. ensure the oreo/cake is on stable so curiously like airborne airborne dirt and dust and airborne dirt and dust. worry-loose.

YES! since i dont live in a place where halloween is celebrated, the only places where i see halloween is on tv where children go around trick or treating. Does trick or treating really exist?? u can drop me an email if u noe...? YES! it would be so much fun! BUT you have gotta plan the activity or people may get bored.
