Of course everyone has the right to decide and be responsible to all that we do.

I don't think you're talking about a right here. You're talking about an innate function of the human mind. If a person can think, any and all choices he makes are between right and wrong (good or bad). Some circumstance, some force may oppress or even imprison him so that choosing what's right is a matter of choosing the less repulsive of the alternatives, but it's still a choice between right and wrong. Likewise, one may be a liberty to determine what's right, but be denied the opportunity to act on his decision. The point is, it would be impossible, short of taking a life, to deny someone the "right" to decide right.

Yes, you have the right to decide on anything. However this right can be taken away from you if your not competent to make a decision or are just plain brain dead. Then other people need to decide things for you. I don't wish this on any one. I sure don't want my rights taken away and I'm sure you don't either. Hugs! Von

Some believe that once we give away one of out human rights all of our rights will disappear. I am not sure, we give away some of out rights at the airport but maybe in the long run it will save out lives. It is a very thin line between protection and invasion and loss of rights.

YES! We are all born in a democratic world, free to speak and free so make decisions. However, unless you are brain-dead or deemed crazy or deemed unable to make decisions, you should be able to make all kinds of decisions. But I feel that everybody should be given a chance to decide, and speak out, and everybody should not be able to take another person right of decision-making away. (Provided you are considered an adult).

I believe when you are no longer able to (mentally) make and understand your decisions, and the wrong decision could possibly harm you or others!
