Yes, we are moving towards a one world government, but it will not mean peace. It will be the end times which we are in right now. Europe has united with the Euro-dollar, and we are also moving in that direction, but I hope not in my life time.

why? every country can have its own government, that is the best way to preserve a country's culture.
but if all countries accept to ve part of some kind of organisation as the UN and accept its jurisdiction it's alright!
i like the European Union System. it works and the poorest countries in the union receive help in many aspects so that they can develop! i like this system of respect and cooperation.
