That would depend on the ride or mileage or tire wear you prefer. If your preference is the most comfortable ride use the vehicles door sticker. If you prefer to get the highest gasoline mileage and tire life use the maximum tire pressure on the sidewall of the tire near the rim edge. This tire pressure is a "cold tire pressure" this means drive only a mile or two before checking. you will notice a stiffer feel to the ride of the vehicle at this pressure. The radial tires were designed to get the longest wear at that max "cold" pressure.

Go with what it says on the door jamb. Usually on the drivers door. The reason for that answer is simple. The tire pressure for each vehicle is different because even if two different cars use the same size tires, they weigh different, so they put a different load on the tires.
