Yes. Thus far, in this country anyway, I know of NO law that prohibits anyone from having children. I think many people would consider this a kind of "natural right"- if there IS such a thing. But one would be hard pressed to argue to any ONE individual why they shouldn't have a child. Personally, I'm inclined to think there are too many people on the planet as it is. But how do you express that opinion to someone- who wants one? One day we may HAVE TO, but we're not ready for that yet.

YES, you know if your capable of providing and giving a child everything it needs. It is your body, who knows better than you if your ready to share your life, and your time. Having a child is a big responsibility, I know I have a 11 month old. NO one can make a decision like that for you. YOU know yourself better than anybody.

Yes, after all I'm the parent. I won't have children on a whim or impulse... if I can't raise them properly and responsibly (economically and psychologically), I might as well have none since it will be my fault why they were born... not theirs, ever.

Yes you do...
It is your life and the decisions that you make for yourself have lasting consequences..
It is your duty to yourself to make a conscience choice about all matters..but children is a very important one ..cause you will have them for the rest of your life...

Of course you do. No one else should, it is YOUR body and your life that you will be turning over to the life and care of a child - that (in my opinion) pretty much negates whatever input anyone else has OR thinks they may have.
