Okay, I'm kidding...but if you were to inherit a restaurant, and you were to run it, what would your restaurant be like?

Well, if I did inherit a restaurant, it would be like the one I was manager at...a Steak House, here in Texas...gotta have our beef =)...The menu would consist of...All cuts of steaks...variety of chicken and seafood dishes...Huge salad bar...with all steaks and other meats your choice of veggies, pasta, rice, or potatoes & bread and your choice whether you want salad bar, but it does come with most meals....Drinks of various kinds, from milk and juice for the kiddos...tea, coffee, soft drinks (sodas, as I call them) to alcohol, ...Desserts...All homemade, all kinds...Loved that place...Happy Eating!!...=) Thanks for letting me play & dream...=)

My resteraunt would have a 50's theem. With chrome tables and chairs. Bright red, blue and yellow. I would have booths, also the bigger booths with the round seating. I would have higher tables with bar stools.
Some of the tables and booths would be shaped like a convertable. You would have to open the car doors to get in. and you would sit inside this convertable, there would be a booth seat on each side, and a table in the middle. It would be like eating in a convertable.
I would have a huge jute box. A replica from the 50's.
This would be a family type resteraunt. The menue would have all the favorits such as hamburgers, french fries,shakes. I would have steak, chicken, ribs, salads bar. I would have a wide variety of foods.
The desert section of the menue would have home made ruhbard pie.... ( top of the list anyway)
The waiters and waitresses would wear white t shirts, with blue jeans, with the bottoms rolled up like the 50's. The t shirts would say the name of the resteraunt.
I would name the place after my daughter: Chelsy's
I would have a roller skating rink inside, plus an arcade. Also a bowling alley. It would be a fun place for the whole family.

The restaurant would have to have a nice view, preferably off the beach or the lake front. The menu would have the main feature which is precut Alaskan King Crab legs, twice baked potato, garlic bread, any vegetable of your choice, along with one of the finest champagne " Don Perginon". On the dessert menu, you might see some chocolate tuffe', banana tarp, or cheese cake any flavor of your choice.

I would have the restaurant in Hawai'i on a beach, it would serve fish and Hawaiian foods, its decor would be tropical, waiters and waitresses would dress in tropical clothes, there would be live music from Hawaiian groups and singers. It would be in Kona, with a lava rock wall on the ocean and outside seating. Surfing videos would run constantly.
