Rutgers will win, but it's not because it's my alma mater.
USF has some problems...Without Andre Hall, the Bulls’ career rushing leader, the running game has struggled and USF needed secondhalf rallies to beat McNeese State, Florida International and Central Florida in its first three games.
Redshirt freshman quarterback Matt Grothe leads the Bulls in rushing in the absence of the top two candidates to replace Hall (one injured, the other suspended), and the passing game has been sporadic, too, in part because of inexperienced receivers.
Rutgers' biggest problem will be overconfidence... they suffered a let down last year after clinching a bowl birth (first bowl game in 27 years), and lost to South Florida at home, 45-31... so it's possible the same thing could happen this year after finally breaking the top 25... but I think last year's experience will keep them focused on what they have to do.

Rutgers is ranked in the 25 time for the first time in 30 years!!!! They are riding a wave. SF will give them a tough game, and will be able to run on them, but Rutgers will win
