She can wear what ever she wants.
Tell her that she has earned it.
Tell her that white represents true love and the commitment she's making.

Hell, if only virgins could wear white.... we'd have a lot of grey wedding dresses.

Look if the woman has a personality to get away with it why not.
She will get a few sniggers from certain people. Particularly those over a certain age. But personally i wouldn't, Its a a religion thing. White is suppose to be a sign of purity, but who these days could put there hand up for that one. Pure of heart and soul and other things.Virginity is precious commodity these days.

What the hay, Not many wera white these days anyway, it's generally off white.

Why would you invite anyone to your second wedding that will laugh at you?
A second wedding is a commitment of love that you make, Not out of recklessness but with wisdom, A wise woman is entitled to wear white and a second wedding is not to impress your parents Friends it is for you and your man to share the love you have and commitment you desire with the most loving and supportive people in your life. People who would laugh at you even if you wore hot pants in bright pink do not belong at your wedding.

She can do whatever she wants, it is her wedding and who cares what people say if she is happy. The people who are going to laugh at her shouldn't be at the wedding in the first place. Personally I always think champagne or ivory are much more flattering to a bride anyways.

Of course it is! Every bride should be able to stand out from the wedding by wearing elegant, clean white. It doesnt matter about your background or your past, just remember, that day is your special day, enjoy it!

Of course! White is the "bride's color" and she can wear it if she wants. To hell with those who would laugh. They shouldn't be in the church at all if they would.

It depends on how traditional people are. Technically, she's not supposed to, but at this point in human history, no one under sixty really cares. It's her wedding, it's her choice.
