If all the legal avenues you try fail or are to slow you can use this very successful outside organization. My wife was $10,000 behind in the child support she own and I almost used them.

She re-married and he paid the money so I didn't. I did speak with them and all they need is a copy of the support documents. They take a percentage and you pay nothing up front. They sent out investigators, file legal documents and all other legal requirements.
As I understand it they plain just don't screw around. Besides, they don't get a dime until they collect your money.

You need to seek the help of a lawyer, and quite possibly the welfare system of where you live. In California if a father is behind (no matter what state he lives in) and he doesn't pay the state turns it over to the feds who will then attach any type of pay he gets from working (they run his Social Security number), as well as his income tax returns especially if he gets any refund, any income tax refund he gets will go automatically to child support payments and he may not see a penny of it.

Look online for child services in Texas. All you need is his SS#. It doesn't matter if he moves to ten buck too or how many jobs he switchs to. With his SS# they can track him. I had same problem with my current wifes children. All she needed to know was his SS# and if you know what state he fled to it help's but is not necessary. Contact theTexas Department Of Family And Children Services and they will help you. Also the state you are in can file a lean against any and ALL of his tax returns. They will forward every bit of it to you towards the arears till he is caught up. If IN. isn't helping you go over their head to make things happen. You can and MUST do this for your kid's. I hope you will take this Advice. ;-)

you can take him to court even in another state..cs laws follow them--my mom had that problem with my dad. you can petition the court to garnish his wages-have the company deduct acertain amount based on income and the company will send you the funds.

No. it is going to keep on with you anyplace you bypass till you flow overseas or, signal away your rights for your little ones. postponing your license not in any respect made sense. you want it to get to paintings to make funds to pay the newborn help yet, if newborn help is a lot that you cant manage to pay for an section to stay, then i guess your automobile will be your homestead yet, you get to maintain your license lol.
